Server Rack Cleanup Faced with over a decade of unmanaged cabling and frequent IT staff turnover, Erika Hernandez stepped in to lead a critical server room transformation. What began as a disorganized and inefficient space quickly became a high-functioning hub for IT operations under her leadership. Erika applied her project management skills and technical precision to assess, plan, and execute a full server cleanup—untangling years of cable clutter, labeling infrastructure, and implementing scalable organization systems.
